Speaking & Workshops

Overview

As a clinically trained Integrative Therapist and experienced facilitator, I deliver engaging, evidence informed talks and workshops across education, corporate, local authorities and community settings.

My work combines clinical knowledge with practical insight, helping individuals and organisations better understand mental health, resilience, relationships and personal growth. Each session is designed to be thoughtful, accessible and relevant to the people in the room.

With over 10 years experience supporting young people, women and youth within the criminal justice system, families and diverse community groups, I bring cultural awareness, depth and real world understanding to every engagement.

Across groups of all sizes, my approach remains the same: to create reflective, inclusive and engaging spaces that encourage learning, connection and growth.

If you are looking for a speaker or facilitator who brings both clinical expertise and genuine relatability, I would welcome the opportunity to collaborate.

Workshops & Facilitation

I design and deliver interactive workshops across corporate organisations, schools and universities, faith groups and community settings.
Sessions are practical and discussion led, encouraging honest reflection while equipping participants with tools they can apply in their personal and professional lives.
Alongside facilitation, I bring experience in programme development, service growth and multi agency collaboration, having designed wellbeing and therapeutic resources used nationally and supported organisations in expanding mental health and youth services.

Where understanding becomes change.
