As an integrative psychotherapist and speaker, my work is rooted in the belief that healing begins with understanding. With experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, transitions, relational challenges and feeling emotionally overwhelmed, I offer a reflective and collaborative therapeutic space where insight leads to meaningful change. Therapy is not simply about coping, it is about developing awareness, resilience and a stronger relationship with yourself.
As a speaker, I bring the same depth and realness to stages, panels and organisations making mental health conversations practical, relatable and culturally aware, debunking misinformation around these areas and equipping communities with knowledge and tools. I facilitate group discussions and run workshops within corporate settings, schools and universities, social communities and faith groups.
Wherever the setting, the work is the same, creating informed, empowered spaces for reflection and growth. Because when understanding deepens, change becomes possible.
